If you would like to return your Aina PTT device(s), you can also use the form below to be able receive a replacement, refund or repair as soon as possible within the warranty period.

Customers can request Aina PTT to study out of warranty devices. Aina PTT will inspect the devices and inform customers for needed repairs and related costs.
-Inspection fee per device 20,00 € (will be charged even if repairs are not made);
-Mechanical repairs, excluding battery 60,00 €;
-Battery change 42,00 €;
-Electricals repairs will not be made;
-Shipping product to and from AINA will be paid by the customer.

To successfully complete your return request, you will need the product’s serial number found either on the side of the sales box or on the back of the device itself. For more information about the return process, please read our RMA Process document.
