About the Role
Sales Account Manager (USA)
Candidate must reside in the Greater Seattle area – Remote Position
Responsibilities:
- Account Management – Reseller, End User Sales Responsibilities, Business Development
- Internet Research and outbound cold calling, messaging
- Assist the Sales Director with transactional and operations tasks, Marketing activities, Partner Management
- Communicate with clients, help solve their problems, and provide up-to-date information
- Attract potential customers by answering both service and product inquiries
- Record new account information, track engagements, deals in CRM
- Outbound Campaigns, Trade Show Preparation and attendance
- Create contracts, quotes, and RFI/RFP responses for potential clients
- Maintain sales documentation applications and tools
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years in active selling role, Technology sales experience preferred.
- Excellent Communication skills required. Professional demeanor in all emails, phone conversations and in person.
- Overall Knowledge of Mobility Platforms to include Tablets, Smartphones, Rugged Devices, Android and iOS.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Web Based Productivity Tools, CRM
- Minimum Associates Degree
